As an Associate at Article One, Jana supports our work in business and human rights, responsible innovation, and sustainability. Previously, she managed operations for the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti, an organization focusing on issues such as institutional accountability, rule of law, and gender-based violence. At the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard University, she oversaw programs related to artificial intelligence, transitional justice, and nonviolent social movements. 

Jana’s expertise lies in project management, research, and policy analysis. She contributed to The Sentry’s Illicit Finance Policy team, conducting analyses on financial corruption and war crimes globally. Additionally, she supported racial and transitional justice efforts in the US as a researcher at the African American Redress Network. 

Jana holds a Bachelor’s in Government from Suffolk University and a Master’s in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University. She speaks Vietnamese, English, and French, providing a diverse perspective to her work.
